Blackberry Bold 9700, the torch of 9800, or 3G curve for a teenager?

I'm trying to decide what phone I have to buy, I'm 15 and I do not know what to get: (I wrote with my friends Curve and my hands were too big and could not write anything, maybe I would get used to it, but it is a good phone and is fairly inexpensive. The emphasis is larger and has more features, and it would be easier for me to type. Or Torch 9800. I have 15 years of age and a long text, and would go on facebook and some other sites.
